# Best AI Visibility Tool for Magento and Adobe Commerce (2026)

**For most Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce stores, the best AI visibility tool is SearchMention:** it shows what ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews tell shoppers about your products, checks the price AI quotes and where each link sends the buyer, and has a Magento 2 module for AI referral traffic that works with Luma, Hyvä, full-page cache and Varnish. Enterprises already on Adobe's stack should look at Adobe Brand Visibility, and stores that want product data rewritten for AI should look at Ranketta.

We build SearchMention. Competitor details come from each vendor's own pages, checked October 17, 2026 unless another date is shown.

## The short answer, by store

- **Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce, small to mid-size:** [SearchMention](#searchmention) (free audit, then $29/mo; Magento 2 module included).
- **Adobe Commerce enterprise on Adobe Analytics and Adobe's CDN:** [Adobe Brand Visibility](#adobe) (sales-led).
- **You want the tool to fix product data too:** [Ranketta](#ranketta) (from €29/mo; merchandising from €79).
- **You already send a Google Merchant Center feed and want daily carousel data:** [Peec AI](#peec) ($95/mo).

## What's different about Magento

Almost every AI visibility tool can track a Magento store's answers, because the tracking happens outside your store: the tool asks ChatGPT and the other engines your shoppers' questions and reads the replies. Three things about Magento decide whether a tool is actually useful to you.

**Cached pages hide AI crawlers from Magento.** GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot and PerplexityBot request HTML, and on a store behind full-page cache or Varnish most of those requests never reach PHP. A Magento extension alone won't see them. Clicks from AI answers can be caught by a small storefront script; crawler visits need logging at the CDN or edge.

**Store views multiply the wrong-link problem.** Magento stores often run a store view per country or language, and AI answers link whichever one they found. In [our study of 27 small stores](https://searchmention.com/blog/what-ai-gets-wrong-about-small-online-stores), 12 of the 82 product links ChatGPT attached to a store went to its storefront for another country. A Magento store needs a tool that shows where each link goes, not only that the brand was named.

**The catalog doesn't plug in by itself.** There's no Magento equivalent of Shopify Catalog feeding ChatGPT. To tie answers to your products, a tool needs your catalog through an API, a CSV or your Google Merchant Center feed, or it has to read your product pages itself.

## At a glance

| Tool | On your Magento store | Your products | AI crawlers and clicks | Entry price / mo |

| SearchMention | Magento 2 module (Luma, Hyvä, FPC, Varnish); API key stays server-side | Reads your live product pages; catalog API for a full catalog push | Clicks via the module; crawlers via a Cloudflare Worker | Free audit, then $29 |
| Adobe Brand Visibility | Part of Adobe's stack; deploys changes at the CDN edge | Not stated on its product page | Crawlers verified from CDN logs; tied to Adobe Analytics | Sales-led |
| Ranketta | Lists Adobe Commerce as a supported platform | Per SKU | Edge tracking | €29 |
| Peec AI | Nothing to install | Catalog from a CSV or Google Merchant Center | AI traffic analytics | $95 |

## The picks, for Magento and Adobe Commerce

### 1. SearchMention

Best for Magento stores that want answers tied to their products and AI traffic that survives the cache

SearchMention asks ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews the questions a buyer is likely to ask, shows each answer, and reads your live product pages to check the price AI quoted against the page and whether its link went to the right store view, another country, Amazon or a reseller.

For AI traffic, the [SearchMention\_Connector module](https://searchmention.com/guides/magento-connector-manual) installs under `app/code`, works with Luma, Hyvä, full-page cache and Varnish, and keeps your API key on the server: the storefront only sends a beacon when a visitor arrives from an AI answer. AI crawlers are logged at the edge with our [Cloudflare Worker](https://searchmention.com/guides/cloudflare-worker-manual). Your full catalog can be pushed through our catalog API.

Pick it if

You run Magento 2 or Adobe Commerce, want product-level answers and AI traffic in one place, and don't want a tool editing your store.

Skip it if

You need a one-click catalog connector (the catalog push is an API your developer wires up), daily tracking, or a tool that rewrites product data.

Price: Free audit (15 questions) · Starter $29 (30 questions weekly) · Growth $99 (4 engines) · Agency $149 (unlimited stores, for Magento agencies) · [See plans](https://searchmention.com/pricing)

### 2. Adobe Brand Visibility

Best for Adobe Commerce enterprises already on Adobe Analytics and Adobe's CDN

Adobe's GEO product, formerly Adobe LLM Optimizer, tracks brand visibility across ten LLM families with share of voice against up to five competitors, in more than 25 languages. It draws on nearly 300 million AI search prompts, verifies AI crawler visits from CDN logs, deploys content changes at the CDN edge without engineering work, and reports inside Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.

Pick it if

You're an Adobe enterprise customer and want AI visibility inside the analytics and content stack you already run.

Skip it if

You run Magento Open Source or a mid-size Adobe Commerce store without Adobe's wider stack; it's an enterprise product with sales-led pricing.

### 3. Ranketta

Best for Adobe Commerce stores that want product data rewritten for AI

Ranketta names Adobe Commerce, Shopify and Shoptet on its pricing page. It tracks each product's visibility, and from €79 its merchandising agent rewrites catalog data and content and connects your feed to AI engines. Higher plans track several countries, useful for Magento stores with store views per market.

Pick it if

You want tracking and catalog changes from one vendor, in euros, across several countries.

Skip it if

You want a read-only report or the quoted price checked; we didn't find a price check on its site.

Price: Tracker €29 (2 models, 30 prompts each) · Starter €79 (merchandising) · Growth €199 · Scale €449 · [Source](https://ranketta.com/pricing)

### 4. Peec AI

Best for Magento stores with a Merchant Center feed that want daily shopping-carousel data

Peec AI doesn't install anything on your store. Its AI Shopping feature takes your catalog from a CSV or Google Merchant Center, which most Magento stores already maintain, and reports your position in the ChatGPT Shopping carousel daily, with the carousel price against your catalog price.

Pick it if

Your team already keeps a clean Merchant Center feed and wants daily carousel numbers.

Skip it if

You want the written answers checked link by link, or $95 a month is more than you want to spend to start.

Price: Starter $95 (50 prompts, 3 models, daily) · Pro $245 · Advanced $495 · [Source](https://peec.ai/pricing)

## How we checked

We build SearchMention and ranked it first; the others are ordered by fit for a Magento 2 store. A tool is listed here only if it names Magento or Adobe Commerce, or takes a catalog in a format Magento stores already produce. Brand trackers that work the same on every platform, such as Otterly.AI and Promptwatch, are in our [ecommerce comparison](https://searchmention.com/best/ai-visibility-tool-for-ecommerce).

## FAQ

### What is the best AI visibility tool for a Magento store?

For most Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce stores, SearchMention: it tracks what ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews tell shoppers about your products, checks the price AI quotes against the live product page and where each link sends the buyer, and has a Magento 2 module (Luma, Hyvä, full-page cache and Varnish) for AI referral traffic. Enterprises already on Adobe's stack should look at Adobe Brand Visibility; stores that want product data rewritten should look at Ranketta, which lists Adobe Commerce as a supported platform.

### Do I need a Magento extension to track AI visibility?

Not to track what AI answers: tools ask ChatGPT, AI Overviews and other engines your shoppers' questions from outside the store, so they work on any platform. You need something on or in front of the store to measure AI traffic: a module for clicks from AI answers, and logging at the CDN or edge for AI crawlers, because crawlers mostly hit cached pages where Magento's PHP never runs.

### Does full-page cache or Varnish affect AI traffic tracking on Magento?

Yes. AI crawlers request HTML, and on a cached Magento store most of those requests are answered by full-page cache or Varnish without running PHP, so a server-side extension never sees them. Track clicks from AI answers with a small storefront script and crawlers at the CDN or edge, for example with a Cloudflare Worker.

### Why does ChatGPT link to the wrong Magento store view?

Magento stores often run one store view per country or language, and AI answers sometimes link the storefront for another country. In our study of 27 small stores, 12 of 82 product links ChatGPT attached to a store went to that store's storefront for another country. Check where each link in an answer goes, and make sure each store view has hreflang tags and its own prices and currency in the page HTML.

### Does a Magento store need an llms.txt file?

Magento doesn't serve one by default, and no major AI search engine has said it reads llms.txt. It doesn't hurt to add one, but crawlable product pages with the price and stock in the HTML matter more.
