Answers change from run to run, so we measure a mention rate across many questions, not a rank. Mostly what other sites say about it. Studies of AI answers find that mentions in reviews, “best of” round-ups, YouTube videos and forums track AI visibility far more closely than backlinks or schema markup. For product results, complete product data (Shopify Catalog, Google Merchant Center), ratings, price and stock matter most.
